He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Downey and Stella Downey of Coulter; and his sisters, Lorna Downey and Delores Kurtz. He is survived by: his wife Betty of Coulter; his children, Melanie Snow (Mike) of Saskatoon, SK, Brad Downey (Brandy) of Lethbridge, AB and Kimberly Lamothe (Russ) of Dowling, ON; his grandchildren, Caden, Rogan, Quinn and Devin Snow; his children, Colter, Ryder Downey, Lucas, Lexi and Nico Lamothe; and his brother Wayne Downey (Marilyn). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
