He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Ching and Norma Ching; his sister Gail; his uncles, Gord Ching (Ruth), Vernon Spangelo (Leona) and Edgar Spangelo (Phyllis); and his cousins, Kathleen and Bev.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Melanie (Joe), Kristin (Denis) and Garnet (Erin); his nephew Jeffrey; and his cousins, Sandra, Tannis, Jo Ann, Mary Lou and Donald. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Manitoba Wildlife Federation.
