She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Shumsky; her parents, Fred Gadzosa and Mary Gadzosa; her brother Terry Gadzosa; her brother-in-law Barry Basaraba; her in-laws, Daniel and Pearl Shumsky (Kostyra); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Pshebniski (Bill), Anne Samocha (John), Tony Shumsky (Stella) and Nicholas Shumsky (Irene).
She is survived by: her children, Kerry, Kristen (Teddy) and Kyle; her sister Marlene Basaraba; and her brother-in-law Dmetro Shumsky (Matt). She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces.
