He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Slyziuk and Anne Slyziuk of Venlaw, Manitoba.; his sister Leda (Peter Musey); and his goddaughter Maryanne Carter Squire. He is survived by: his nieces, Sheryl and Suzanne Musey.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre (Riverside Rd, Dauphin, MB).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Eddie's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
