She was predeceased by: her parents, Klym Deczycia and Nellie Deczycia; her children, Eddie, Danny and Laurie Ann; her siblings, Charlie, Matt, Bill, Alex (Elsie), Mike, Steve, Walter (Agnes), Pete and Nettie (Tom); her brother-in-law Ivan; and her children-in-law, Ann and Garrys.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Puchailo; her siblings, Harry and Tillie; her children, Albert, Melvin, Sylvia (Charles), Debby (Clayton) and Kelly (Sean); and her sisters-in-law, Betty and Diane. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre (Riverside Rd, Dauphin, MB). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Parish Cemetery.
