He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emily Mulligan and Leonard Mulligan; and his wife Judy McLean. He was also cherished by his 4 sons, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and numerous friends and family.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sneath - Strilchuk Family Care Centre (Riverside Rd, Dauphin, MB).
