John Holownia Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Holownia (Dauphin, Manitoba), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 11, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Holownia to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Holownia and Sophie Holownia; his sister Mary Bosiak; his brother-in-law John Bosiak; his sister Hedy Podworny; his brother-in-law Mike Podworny; and his sister Frances Holownia.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Danyluk; his children, Darlene Crozier (Cliff), Terry Holownia (Terri-Lynn) and Randy Holownia (Jo-Anne); his grandchildren, Kallie Graw (Kory), Clayton Crozier (Taylor), Kyle Holownia, Megan Holownia, Sam Holownia (Kassie), Mallory Holownia (Dylan), Ryan Bernstrom and Janelle Bernstrom; his great grandchildren, Kade Graw, Ari Graw and Luka Laliberte; and his sisters, Lillian Kulczycki (Ignace) and Vicky Danyluk (Ernie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre (Riverside Rd, Dauphin, MB). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
