We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Mac Sliworsky in Dauphin, Manitoba, born in Winnipegosis, Manitoba. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Carl; and his siblings, Elizabeth, Tillie and Mike.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Kolochuk; his sons, Floyd (Audrey), Carl (Adina) and Terry (Tammy); his grandchildren, Nicole (Simon), Joey (Hailey), Shane (Nicole), Allie, Erin (Jordon), Robyn (Justin), Jordyn (Dawson), Sidney, Lexi and Bodie; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Madelyn, Felix and Zena; and his sisters, Vicky (Bev) and Lillian (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, godchildren, and wonderful friends.
A prayer was held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Sneath - Strilchuk Family Care Centre (Riverside Rd, Dauphin, MB). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Ascension Ukrainian Catholic Church (323 1st St N, Winnipegosis, MB R0L2G0).
Should friends so desire, donations in memory of Mac may be made to the Winnipegosis Minor Baseball or a Charity of One's Choice.
