He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Phillips and Blanche Phillips; and his sister Jackie Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Neufeld; his daughter Tara Shazad; his stepchildren, Ariel Neufeld, Janelle Neufeld and Steven Neufeld; his brother Nelson Phillips; and his nephew Jody Phillips.
