He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirby Nowlan and Gladys Nowlan (Keenan); and his siblings, Willy, Pat, Johnny, Mannie, Ronnie, Everette, Bertie Stafford, Betty Rogers and Bernadette Stafford.
He is survived by: his children, Timmy Nowlan (Gaylene) of Eddystone, MB, Patty MacKinnon (Darrell) of Woodlands, NB and Michelle Ingraham (Phillip) of Lower Woodlands, NB; his grandchildren, James MacKinnon (Claire) of Rusagonis, NB, Kathleen Goodine (Gordon) of Fredericton, NB, Chenoa Johnson of St. John's, NL and Ian Kotelko of Eddystone, MB; his great grandchildren, Austin, Brady, Aubrey and Ezra; and his sisters-in-law, Marg Nowlan of Fredericton, NB and Chris Nowlan of Fredericton, NB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
