He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gerald Monaghan and Rita May Walling Monaghan; and his siblings, Gary Monaghan and Gail Monaghan. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Kinney (Barnes); and his siblings, Brian Monaghan (Grace), Linda Fagay (Barry) and Shirley Laliberté (Jean-Luc). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
