He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Jonathan and Douglas (Tristan); his granddaughters, Kaizlyn and Zaleah; and his stepsiblings, Frank, Roberta (Gordon) and Diane (Dennis). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
