With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wasyl Borschewski of Flin Flon, Manitoba, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Wasyl farewell, let us not mourn the absence of their physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of their spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Wasyl is not truly gone, but merely transformed, their energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. George Ukrainian Orthodox Church (81 Church St, Flin Flon, MB R8A1L8).
If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to a charity of ones choice.
