She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Chennells and Lois Chennells. She is survived by: her husband Vern Walkin; her daughters, Paulina Myrowich (Chris), Shannon Chester (Lielin) and Jodi Wiebe (Menno); her siblings, Raymond Chennells (Barb) and Carol Thompson; her brothers-in-law, Lawrence Walkin (Noreen) and Leonard Walkin (Terese); and her grandchildren, Ashton, Carson, Grace and Autumn. She is also survived by aunts and uncles, many nieces and nephews.
