She was predeceased by : her husband Donald Conklin; her close friend John Litwin; her son David Conklin; her parents, Doris Simcoe and William Simcoe; her siblings, Mildred Bouzovetsky, Zane Simcoe and Elven Simcoe; her nieces, Leslie Thingelstad and Janice Simcoe; and her nephew Raymond Simcoe.
She is survived by : her son Rick Conklin (Debbie); her grandchildren, Aynsley (Meagan) and Amanda (Courtenay); her nephew Christopher Onofreychuk (Barbara); and her niece Karen Onofreychuk.
