With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valerie Elias (Gimli, Manitoba), born in Morris, Manitoba, who passed away on March 18, 2018 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her former life partner Glenn Neil; her parents, Thomas Gilbank and Agnes Gilbank; her sister Lynn Pakulak; and her stepson David Elias.
She is survived by : her husband Arthur Elias; her daughters, Sherri Kinast (Gerald) and Kirsten Neil (Charles Ibezimako); her stepson Colin Elias; her brother Barry Gilbank; her grandchildren, Taylor Elias, Kate Elias, Irma Eze-Charles, Ashton Elias, Mackenzie Elias, Kamsi Eze-Charles, Nicholas Elias and Ethan Elias; and also, Kirsten, Alan Birtwhistle and Karen Birtwhistle.
