He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Olive; his son-in-law Don McLean; his brother Jim; and his brother-in-law Donald Craik.
He is survived by: his wife Muriel of Glenboro; his children, Brian (Bonnie) of Hilton, MB, Barry (Mona) of Spruce Grove, AB, Brent (Betty Jean) of Glenboro, MB, Dianne McLean of Belmont, MB and Maureen Hill (George) of Baldur, MB.; his grandchildren, Stacey (Kevin), Shanley (Denny), Darcy (Lindsay), Devin (Andrea), Dara (Matthew), Mandie (Brent), Ricky (Mark), Kelly Jean (Brett), Angie (Kevin), Dustin (Melissa), Brody and Kirsten (Aubrey); his sister Shirley Duckworth; and his siblings-in-law, Fran Hill and Bill McLean (Pat). He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
