He is survived by: his wife Iris Fiarchuk; his son Bert Kozakowski (Diana); his grandson Tyler Kozakowski (Lana); his great grandchild Alekzander Kozakowski; his granddaughter Brittney Layh (Greg); his great grandchildren, Talia and Chloe Layh; and his siblings, Frank Fiarchuk (Deloris), Teenie Yaniu and Sophie Colwell (Frank).
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre (Riverside Rd, Dauphin, MB).
