She was predeceased by : her husband Jacob Hiebert; her son Joseph; her parents, Klaas Reimer and Katherina Reimer; and her siblings, Edwin, Albert, Jake, Klaas, Cornie, Peter, Abe and Mary. She is also survived by her step-son, three sisters, four brothers and ten sisters-in-law.

Viewing was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Reinland Mennonite Church (216 Rd, Grunthal, MB R0A). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
