He was predeceased by: his wife Gisèle Viallet; his parents, Henri Viallet and Solange Mineault (Pierre); his siblings, Louis Viallet, Joseph Viallet and Rose Chapman (Don); and his parents-in-law, Auguste Debusschère, Leon Duval, Gigi Viallet, Lionel Vuignier and Clémence Vuignier.

He is survived by: his children, Pauline Viallet (Paul Gobin) and Norm Viallet (Dena); his grandchildren, Janelle, Jared, Jack and Louis; his close friend Jean Le Roux; his parents-in-law, Thérèse Debusschère, Cécile Duval, Suzanne Viallet, Germaine Viallet, Michel Viallet (Lorraine), Annette Viallet, Robert Viallet, Hubert Viallet (Lilliane), Nicole Viallet (Gerald Poirier), Florence Vuignier, Georgette Bosc (Laurent), Jeannette Vuignier, Guy Vuignier (Scotti Stephen), Leo Vuignier (Elvine Graham) and Lorraine Sawatzky (William); and his son Norman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
