He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly; his parents, Archie and Betty; his sister Yvonne; and his daughter Katherine.
He is survived by: his daughter Darla; his grandson Bevan (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Kali, Bevan Jr. and Kaisan; his granddaughter Ashley (Marlin); his great grandchildren, Laehla, Jersey and Myles; his son Alan (Sandra); his grandchildren, Brooke and Brandon; his son Brian; his grandson Braiden; and his siblings, Harold, Lynda, Donna and Brenda. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
As an expression of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Keith's memory to a charity offering support for children in sport, or a charity of one's choice.
