She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin; her son Brent; her parents, Russell Moffat and Tena Moffat; and her siblings, Brian Moffat, Georgena, Louise (Frank Young), Andrew, David Gibson (Dorothy), Bob Currie and Ken Sabad (Myrtle).
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Pat Gibson (Art Mickelson); her children, Shayne Gibson (Melanie), Sherry Mullin (Boyd) and Derryle Gibson (Chris); her grandchildren, Tony, Blair, Jason Gibson, Ryan, Kristin Gibson, Kailey Taylor, Candis Moore and Shannon Mullin; her siblings-in-law, Gwen Moffat, Gayle Currie, Faye Stacey (Danny) and Jim Sabad (Heather); and her son-in-law Calvin Gibson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Christena may be made to Holmfield Cemetery c/o Killarney Foundation, Cartwright Foundation or Cancer Foundation for Multiple Myeloma.
