We announce the death of Marcel Gauthier of La Broquerie, Manitoba, who passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 80. Marcel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Fernande; and his son-in-law Laurie. He is survived by: his children, Patsy (Darryl), Suzie (Dale) and Paul (Jocelyn); his grandchildren, Denis (Amber), Lauren (Ryan), Nicholas, Mikayla (Dylan), Kara, Carley, Angele, Kendra and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Marcel and Vivienne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Birchwood Funeral Chapel (162 MB-52, Steinbach, MB R5G1Y1).
