He was predeceased by: his sister Chantele Leveque; his uncles, Lloyd, Thomas and Leslie; and his girlfriend Bryanna.
He is survived by: his children, Aliyah, Adrian, Rene, Saige and Evander; and his sisters, Alanna Lam, Roxanne, Katelyn and Maegan Leveque. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
