He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonin Jacques and Yolande Jacques. He is survived by: his wife Barb Jacques; his son Patrick (Krista) of Calgary; his grandchildren, Simon and Caitlyn; his great grandchild Natalie of Winnipeg; his stepdaughter Heather (Kyle); his stepgrandchildren, Kayla and Saige; his stepson Kevin (Jolene); his stepgrandchildren, Kailyn and Jocelyn; and his siblings, Marcel (Vivian) of Calgary, René (Huguette) of Vancouver, Guy (Jackie) of Camrose, Lorraine (Terry) of Savanah, Georgia, Paul (Charlene) of Vancouver, Laurent (Shirlee) of Winnipeg and Charlie (Jacqui) of Winnipeg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
