He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Nellie; and his brother Tim. He is survived by: his close friend Patti; his children, Curtis (Odette), Lisa (Ari) and Candace (Jeremy); the mother of his children Nicole; his siblings, Marinus (Leona), Gerda (Jerry), Martha, William (Darcy), Ben (Tracy), Eddie and Martin (Tracey); Willis.
