She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Szkwarok (Haunaska) and Stanley Szkwarok (Stanislaw); her husband Oscar Erickson; and her siblings, Tess, Lil, Marie, Joe, Roy and Frank.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Tycholaz (Ed), Carol Erickson, Barry Erickson, Dennis Erickson (Hollie) and Bonnie Pich (Barry); her grandchildren, Jennifer Pollack (Gary), Kristine Carr (Chris), Darren Cameron (Leanne), Brad Cameron (Rhea), Rachel Erickson, Rebecka Erickson, Jason Erickson (Kyle), Lesley Marriott (Tyler), Dale Erickson, Jenna Pich and Kayla Becker (Logan); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Josh Abram, Jordyn, Shayla, Faith Carr, Shelby, Austin Cameron, Maddix, Ayla Cameron, Henry, Heidi Erickson, Bennett, Huxley Marriott and Oak Erickson; and her brother Johnny Swark (Georgette).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Fort Saskatchewan Nourishment Centre (Food Bank) would be greatly appreciated, as Granny (or Gramma) was always eager to offer more of her famous perogies, ginger snaps and cinnamon buns to ensure no one was hungry.
