He was predeceased by : his former life partner Sandra; his parents, Andre Ruyck and Clara De Ruyck; and also, Lily-Anne, Harold and Cherie.

He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth; his children, Andrew De Ruyck (Tanis) of Mariapolis, MB, Karolyn Knee of Brandon, MB, Dawna Sloane (Mark) of Clearwater, MB and Jayne Orr (Chris) of Clearwater, MB; his grandchildren, Ben, Paige, Jaymes, Tara, Brooklyn, Kevin, Kyle, Todd, Brad, Joslyn, Karl, Brayden and Morris; his sisters, Lorraine (Denis), Darlene (Rick), Doreen (Henri) and Annette (Dave); and his siblings-in-law, Julie (Mel), Minnie (Robert), Fran (Dan), Jeff (Kelly-Ann), Richard (Diane), Dianne, Jim (Pat), Gloria, Shirley (Craig), Lucille (Wilf), Rosemary (Dan), Sharon (Spence), George and Brenda. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.

Friends that so wish, memorial donations can be made in Morris' memory to a charity of choice.
