He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Macintosh and Gertrude Macintosh. He is survived by: his daughter Dawn; his wife Albina; his daughter Shelley (Jack); his grandchildren, April (Anthony), Scott, Andrea (Jesse) and Brandi (Blair); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Hunter, Tessa, Callie, Emmy, Nixon, Briar and Beckett. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
