He is survived by : his children, Michael (Sandi) and Kevin Jr. (Sherri); his grandchildren, Dougie, Skyler, Riley, Dylan, Jordan, Aiden, Kaelah, Colby, Cohen, Cain, Lemmy, Van, Lincoln and Scarlett; his great grandchild Oliver; his niece Melissa; and his nephew John.
