He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Larry Boychuk and Nestor Shewchuk; and his cousin Alex Shewchuk. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Zaretzky and Kenneth Shewchuk; his brother Daniel Shewchuk; his sister-in-law Amanda Shewchuk; his niece Natalie; his nephew Parker; his sister Elizabeth Shewchuk; his brother-in-law Graeme Okurley; and his grandparents, Lydia Boychuk, Nettie Shewchuk, Theodore and Linda Zaretzky.
