He was predeceased by: his grandson Declan. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Robert Lewis, Linda Dwyer, Rick Dwyer, Howard Lewis and Heather Lewis; his grandchildren, Daniela, James, Jesse, Riley and Megan; and his brother Gary Lewis.
