She was predeceased by: her parents, John McGregor and Elenor McGregor; her brother John McGregor; and her brothers-in-law, Albert Gauvreau, Peter Hillyer and Bill Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin; her daughter Jayne Dumesnil; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Kaly, John Weiss (Heather), Tiffany, Matthew, Jayson Weiss, McKenzie, Ashley Amber and Alicia. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and many brothers and sister in laws and many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Red River Valley Lodge in Memory of Joan.
