“Marv was a giving man. Laura and I will not forget him. Not only did he have that signature smile every time we met, but he had a heart as big as all outdoors. In '97 during the "flood of the century", totally unasked, he brought his truck to our farm to haul grain to safety. Working till the early hours of the next morning, he still had a smile on his face when he headed home. Those big helping hands meant so much to us. May all of us be more like Marv. A man of the people and a man of God.”
