He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Hicks and Frances Hicks (Hammond); his wife Jean Anderson of Wayzata; his daughters, Sheryl Menge and Victoria Anderson; his brothers, Gordon, Larry and Graeme "Curly"; and his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Hicks.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Soboy (Wayne); his grandchildren, Andrea Tysdal (Darin) and Eric Menge; his great grandchildren, Elliot and Lydia Tysdal; his son-in-law John Menge; his brothers, Stanley Hicks (Mildred), Glen Hicks (Doreen) and David Hicks (Barb); and his sister-in-law Noreen Hicks. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
