It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deanna Sawatzky of Niverville, Manitoba, who passed away on July 31, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leopold Pappel and Anna Pappel. She is survived by: her husband George Sawatzky; and her children, Greg (Merrilee), Kevin (Ivy) and Kim. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
