She was predeceased by : her husband Wilhelm (Bill); her son Richard; her parents, Abram Doerksen and Elizabeth Doerksen; and her siblings, John, David, Tina, Annie, Betty and Mary.

She is survived by : her children, Stan, Wayne (Carol), Clarence (Shirley), Patty (Guy), Bev (Woody), Sandra (Terry) and Glenn (Teressa); her daughter-in-law Laurie Schroeder; and her friends, Abe, Susan Wiebe, Eric and Mary Rempel. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
