He was predeceased by : his wife Angela; his brother Randy; his nephew Steven Konkin; and his grandparents, Abram, Mary Penner, Jac, Maria Peters and Tina Peters.

He is survived by : his children, Dillon Penner (Aleah) and Samantha Penner (Brendan). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions can be made to Maryfield Sunrise Villa in Maryfield, Saskatchewan in honour of Tony and Angela.
