He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierre-Albert and Yvette; his brother Alain; his parents-in-law, Léo and Jeanne Fortier; and his siblings-in-law, Alfred Fortier, Diane and Edith.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Glenn (Elaine), Michelle Grenier (Alain), Kevin (Kendra), Eric (Anna-Maria) and Martin (Manon); his grandchildren, Justin, Patric (Breanne), Eric (Allyson), Valérie (Dantin), Christine, Jérémie (Alyssa), Kaybree, Luis, Diego, Réjean, Stéphane and Mathieu; his siblings, Marcien (Debra), Roland (Claire), Bernard (Paulette), Hélène and Théodore (Susan); and his parents-in-law, Evelyn, Mariette, Jim and Denis (Denise). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
With Lucille's health declining, Greg became her caregiver and moved to the Foyer Notre Dame during the pandemic to be by her side.
