She was predeceased by: her father George Van De Kerckhove; her pet Mya; her parents-in-law, Kenneth Wise and Mary (Middleton); her brothers-in-law, Ken Wise and Shaun Wise (Sharon); her niece Heidi Wise; her grandparents, Theophile Van De Kerckhove, Marguerite, Marcel Van Cauwenberghe, Elodie and Henri D'Hont; and her mother Doreen Van De Kerckhove.
She is survived by: her children, Brittany (Adrien), Colin (Katie) and Riley; her grandchildren, Kenzley, Zander, Everleigh, Owen and Bennett; her sisters, Debbie Hacault (Daniel) and Nadine Van Cauwenberghe (Kerry); her friend Charlene Dittmer; and her husband David Wise.
