Madeleine Lachapelle Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeleine Lachapelle (Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba), who passed away on September 12, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jos Lachapelle; her parents, Yves Philippe and Jeanne Philippe; her siblings, Gabrielle Boille (Georges), Yvonne Labossiere (Gérard), Emile Philippe, Gustave Philippe (Odette), Noël Philippe, Helene Ferrand (Raymond), André Lachapelle, Jules Dureault and Jacques Syrenne; and also, Antonio Lachapelle and Louise Lachapelle.

She is survived by: her children, Diane Dureault (Réal), Laurette Gauthier (Rhéal), Lilliane Rosset (Robert) and Tony Lachapelle; her grandchildren, Richard (Adell), Marc (Melissa), Mitch (Tamara), Ron (Kelsey), Janelle, Braden, Abi and Edelawit; her great grandchildren, Allie and Logan; her sister Therèse Theroux (André); and also, Lucienne Philippe, Eva Dureault, Germaine Syrenne and Noella Lachapelle. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the PSP Society of Canada, St. Claude Health Centre or St. Claude Handivan.
