He is survived by: his wife Marianna Eckert; his children, Emily, Melina, Jason, Benjamin, Josephine and Alia; his mother Vera Paweltschik; his brother Roman; his sister-in-law Olesja Paweltschik; his mother-in-law Irma Renz; his siblings-in-law, Lilli, Angela, Heinrich and Richard Renz; and also, Viktor Janzen and David Schellenberg. He is also survived by one niece and six nephews.
