She was predeceased by: her husband William (Bill); her parents, Nick Slota and Frances Slota (Klos); and her brother-in-law Grant. She is survived by: her children, Melody, Brent and Blaine; her siblings, John, Mary, Cathy and Will; and her siblings-in-law, Doug, Maureen and Barb.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Parish (100 Yale Ave E, Winnipeg, MB R2C0H8).
