It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jean Doern (Oakbank, Manitoba), born in Stratton, Ontario, who passed away at the age of 97, on September 21, 2022. She was predeceased by : her husband Douglas Doern; her sisters, Ann, Kay and Grace; and her parents, Florence Collie (Dale) and Robert Collie.

She is survived by : her children, Nancy (Ken White) and Allan (Bev); her grandchildren, Kathryn (Justin Smith), Stephen (Hannah Fiegenbaum), Jennifer (Kyle Risto) and Melanie (Matt Bedard); her great grandchildren, Bram, Isla and Ryder; and her brother Bill Collie (Joan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Jean's physical and cognitive health declined during the COVID years.
