He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his siblings, Arend (Marianne) and Anneliese (Herman); his brother-in-law Arthur (Margaret); his son Arthur; his parents-in-law, Elsie and Arthur Lazier; his siblings, Annemarie and Gerard (Audrey); and his friends, Neil, Ellen and Camille. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
