He was predeceased by: his wife Irene; his parents, Ted Kitchen and Rachel Kitchen; his parents-in-law, Arthur and Sarah Tomalin; his brothers, Don and John Kitchen; his son-in-law Chris Muir; and his in-laws, Dar Alford, George, June Tomalin, Reg, Donna Tomalin, Gerald, Renie Tomalin and Shirley Main.
He is survived by: his daughter Corri Muir of Grande Prairie, AB; his grandchildren, Connor and Cadence; his son Tim; his sister Marie Alford; and his sisters-in-law, Dolores Kitchen and Marj Marsh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oakville Community Centre (625 3 Ave, Oakville, MB R0H0Y0).
