She was predeceased by: her husband Jakob Kozlyk. She is survived by: her sons, Stefan (Patricia), Michael (Wanda) and Terry (Heddy). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren, plus numerous nieces and nephews.
The family gratefully declines flowers but should you wish a donation can be made to St. Paul's Personal Care Home, Dauphin, MB or a charity of your choice in Anastazia's name.
