He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Madsen and Anna Madsen; and his sister Nina. He is survived by : his daughter Teri Hastings; his grandchildren, Haley and Mathew; and his siblings, Bernie Madsen (Donna), Karen Buss, Betty Chapman (Darren) and Pete Madsen (Betty). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
