It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Lorena Irwin of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Kenneth "Bingo" Maxwell Irwin. She is survived by : her children, Brenda-Lee Irwin, Kenneth Brent Irwin (Helen) and Bobbi-Jo Margaret Martin (Kevin); and her granddaughters, Madison, Kaytrin and Ava.
