He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Fraser and Sara Fraser; his parents-in-law, Gordon and Pearl Webb; his sisters, Marge Stewart (Don), Dorothy Bell (Alvin), Gladys Stupich (Alvin) and Jessie McMaster (Rod); his son Gordon Fraser; his granddaughter Chelsea Barley; and his son-in-law Alan Panko.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Debby Panko, Kenneth Fraser (Donna), Cori Barley (Bill) and Tammy Fraser (Gregg); and his daughter-in-law Ally Fraser. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity United Church (15 Tupper St S, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N1W7).
